In 2019, Santa Fe County enlisted Yearout Energy to carry out an investment grade audit (IGA) across a slew of county buildings to identify and co-develop facility improvement measures that would allow the county to leverage future utility and operational savings through a Guaranteed Energy Savings Performance Contract (GESPC). The project will help improve the energy consumption at more than 14 buildings throughout the county.

- Upgrading 315kVA to High Efficiency Transformers
